How We Can Work Together

I understand that traditional weekly therapy doesn't suit everyone — particularly those living with complex symptoms, busy lives, or a need for something more flexible. That's why I offer a range of ways to work.

01

Individual Therapy

Regular one-to-one sessions, typically weekly, where we work together at a pace that feels right for you. This is a space to explore, process, and begin to understand what's been holding you back — with warmth, skill, and consistency. This is a space for deeper therapeutic work. It is suited to people who want support with recovery from emotional difficulties, past experiences, relationship patterns, self-worth, anxiety, trauma, or feeling stuck in their lives. In therapy, we work at a pace that feels safe and manageable, helping you build insight, process difficult traumatic memories, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself, your experiences and others.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. For certain trauma-focused work, sessions may extend to 100 minutes.

02

Comprehensive Insight Assessment

A focused, one-off 2-hour assessment designed to bring clarity and understanding to whatever you're currently navigating. Whether you're unsure if therapy is right for you, want a deeper understanding of what's going on, or are looking for guidance on next steps. This focused and in-depth assessment is designed to help us understand the roots of the difficulties you are experiencing. It looks at how your current struggles may have developed, what may be maintaining them, and the patterns that may be shaping your emotional world, relationships, or behaviour. It is often a helpful starting point for people who want clarity and a deeper understanding of themselves before beginning ongoing work.

03

Intensive Therapy

For those dealing with complex or longstanding difficulties, intensive therapy offers longer individual sessions or multiple sessions joined together. This builds a momentum that can be hard to sustain in weekly therapy alone — and can be particularly helpful for deeper trauma work.

04

Therapeutic Coaching

This is for people who want a more goal-focused and action-oriented approach, while still benefiting from psychological insight. Therapeutic coaching can help with areas such as confidence, boundaries, emotional regulation, self-worth, and breaking unhelpful patterns. It is particularly useful for those who want support to move forward with intention, while also understanding the emotional blocks that may be getting in the way. Therapeutic coaching seamlessly weaves evidence-based therapeutic techniques into the coaching journey, fostering a collaborative approach to help you overcome your obstacles.

This includes:
A 2-hour psychological assessment to explore the root cause of the issue you’re bringing.
‍
‍4 x 2-hour monthly one-to-one coaching sessions (online)
‍
‍Tailored in-between session tasks and resources to support integration and real-life change
Access to evidence-based tools drawn from trauma-informed, psychological frameworks

05

Specialist Review Sessions

For those who have previously completed therapy with me, specialist review sessions offer a space to check in, manage any signs of relapse, or receive focused support around specific challenges that arise later in life. You don't have to start again from scratch.

06

Psychoeducational Courses

Not yet ready for therapy — or simply wanting to deepen your understanding? My psychoeducational courses offer a supportive, structured way to learn about key areas of mental health and wellbeing.

Courses are available on topics such as understanding trauma, working with your inner critic, and cultivating self-compassion. Whether you're considering therapy for the first time, or building on work you've already done, these courses offer genuine insight and practical tools.
